Has round neck, with shaping through waist and flare through to hem. Elaborate paneling across the torso and back has been used to create a large, bulbous, three dimensional (3D) protrusion at the chest. This '3D chest bulge' has been further accentuated by a blue section (some kind of powder coat?), which seems to have been printed over the chest area after the garment has
