and everything has been very well finished

as seamed around to the height of bottom zip as if lengthened or adjusted somehow

Im dating it to c. 1930s because of the side snaps, and little chiffon edged neckline. Not immaculate but still has a sparkly charm! Its a crepe like jacquard woven fabric which does have some give because of the weave, I do know I know the name but it somehow escapes my lockdown brain! Its not quite a matalesse but is slightly textured. probably best to see the photos.. Sleeves are shaped with
